Polarity is of utmost importance in 3rd density. Similar to charge polarity of positive and negative, there is emotional pathway polarity namely Service‑to‑Others (STO) and Service‑to‑Self (STS).
Both are equal and valid; no one pathway is better than the other. It may be different for mind/body/spirit complex depending on their perspective or chosen pathway.
To progress through the 3rd density, the mind/body/spirit must polarise itself during the density cycle. This is generally achieved in multiple lifetimes during the cycle.
There is no death, only the end of an experience.
The mind/body/spirit complexes who pursue the path of service to others must attain a grade of 51% service to others; the mind/body/spirit complexes who pursue the path of service to self must attain a grade of 95% Service to Self to graduate to 4th density.
3.1. Service to Others (STO)
STO do not interfere with the free will of others. They support the free will of all. STO serve self by serving others. This is the Path of Unity.
STO tends to do the process within the natural flow of things. STS seek to alter creation process to fit their ends.

3.2. Service to Self (STS)
STS infringes the free will of others. They seek to control, manipulate, exploit, and enslave others for the benefit of the self. They have distortion towards power and enslavement of others. This is the Path of Separation.
Those who seek to serve self with supreme power, are doomed only to serve others who seek to serve self, and can only see that which they want to see.

High‑purity STS show the traits commonly described as psychopathic or sociopathic: they have no empathy and are completely devoid of love. They block the green ray energy centre commonly known as heart chakra.
