A pendulum can be used to find the blockage in an energy centre or a chakra. A pendulum could be a simple string with a weighted object tied to one end for example a small metal ball or spherical crystal. The measurement from hand to the weight is unimportant.
First take the pendulum in your left hand as the left hand communicates directly with your heart, which is the centre of your truth and beingness.
Then focus on the energy centre or chakra you want to check. Pay your 100% attention to that chakra for example if you want to check whether your red ray energy centre or root chakra is balanced or not, you focus 100% attention on the red ray energy centre or root chakra at the bottom of your tailbone.
After keeping your 100% attention flowing throughout the red energy centre without digressing into other areas for a period of 60 seconds, if the pendulum in your left hand rotates in the clockwise direction then you can be certain that it is balanced.
However, some entities are polarised the reverse of others, and, therefore, it is well to test the form of normal energy spirals before beginning the procedure. A test can be done by first holding the pendulum over your right hand and observing your particular configuration.
If the pendulum rotates in any other direction than your normal energy spiral or makes any other movements, there are distortions or imbalances in your energy vibrations because of the lack of clarity.
The weak back and forth motion indicates a partial blockage, although not a complete blockage. The strong back and forth motion indicates the reverse of blockage which is over-stimulation of a chakra, or energy centre, which is occurring in order to attempt to balance some difficulty in body, or mind, complex activity. This condition is not helpful to the entity as it is unbalanced.
